The show was kind of Meh. Annihilation Time kind of kicked Amibix' ass. By the time I got over from the bar to the show I had drank up all my cash so I couldn't buy one of these. They looked killer though. Really big which was a surprise.

Amebix broke up in 97 or so? And they never played the States. Them playing these shows is a pretty huge deal for the Grind/crust/metal scene. Oh, and this poster rules, Dave. So perfect for Amebix.

I got tickets for this!! The venue got changed. Thursday show is at the Echo. Friday 2 shows at the Cobalt. The Cobalt is walking distance to my apartment. It's pretty insane that Amebix are playing the Cobalt. The original venue got closed down but, it was HUGE. The Cobalt is tiny.
