I love the colours in this poster, and the buildings, how they're drawn....
but I can't help but always imaging The Joker running across the bottom with a money bag over his shoulder. :o
I knew the poster geeks would eat this shit up with a spoon...yummy!
The best thing about this band is the drummer....best friggin" drummer ever...oh yeah, and this poster is sweet as well.
yea...um...sorry. my mistake. maybe we should tell the kind folks at gigposters about the 'dusty's gone and spilled the bong water on the ream of speckletone' incident that haunts our business partnership.
come on, out with it!
these should be available on our brand spanking new website which will likey be finished sometime between tomorrow and may 2004. we will keep you posted. bear with us, we are drunks.
thanks for the nice comments. i have yet to see interpol live so i am looking forward to it. this is actually on french starch cloud speckletone methinks, tisk tisk dusty.
once again, they sound mind-blowingly incredible, but have no stage presence whatsoever. and i think it's intentional.
this poster is hot shit. i'm talkin' MAGMA.
Hey Dusty. Could you include one of these in the little poster pack you're sending our way?
It's a beauty. Perfect for the music. Although I think I like this poster a lot more than the band.
I'll be using a screen with a mesh of around 180 I think. Maybe 230, but I dont thihnkn my 230 is large enough to handle this, and the large areas of color would get little dried up specks in it.
Speedball inks with maybe some liquitex acrylic thrown in.
so one of you technically superiour printers, Are those half tones?
I'm sorry for soundin stupid, but are they.
also what kinda ink and mesh do you think they are using
thanks
